Disquiet Junto Project 0735: Spectrum Analysis

Dear Members of the Disquiet Junto,
This week’s project has been on my mind for a long time. And then I walked by the scene captured in this photograph I took, and I knew the time had come to give it a go.
Also, I made a last-ish minute decision to go to New York — a bit of work, a reunion with some college classmates, and a visit with my mom, who is nearing 87. If you’re around, maybe we could meet up. That said, time will be tight, and I think I’ll err on the side of caution due to the intense cold. I’m from New York originally, but between California and Louisiana, my post-NY living conditions conspired to reduce significantly my ability to deal with freezing temperatures.
Thanks, as always, for your generosity with your time, creativity, and curiosity.
Best from San Francisco,
Marc Weidenbaum
